A. There is hereby established the board of parks, recreation and tourism commissioners which shall consist of five (5) members to be appointed by the city council. The members shall serve terms as follows: (Ord. 261, 5-10-1982; amd. Ord. 419, 7-12-2010)
1. Members one, three and five shall serve terms of two (2) years and until their successors are appointed and qualified; and
2. Members two and four shall serve terms of three (3) years and until their successors are appointed and qualified.
B. The city council shall, at this time of appointment, designate the member position held by each appointee. (Ord. 261, 5-10-1982)
