11-106: LITTERING:

It is unlawful for any person to deposit paper, bottles, cans, or any other type of refuse whatsoever upon any recreational facility or municipal park within the city. Any person who violates this section is guilty of the offense of littering and upon conviction shall be fined as provided in section 1-108 of this code. (Ord. 206, 9-6-1977)
