11-105: SOLICITORS:

It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to use any part or parcel of any park or recreational facility of this city for the purpose of sale, barter, or exchange at retail or wholesale, without first obtaining a peddler's license as set forth in part 9, chapter 1 of this code. (Ord. 206, 9-6-1977)
