9-303: APPLICATION:

An applicant for a license shall furnish the City Clerk with the following information:

A. Full name and address of applicant or applicants;

B. The location at which the proposed residential sale is to be held; and (Ord. 324, 8-12-1996)

C. The date or dates upon which the sale shall be held. (Ord. 324 as amended, 4-14-1997)
