It is hereby made unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to place upon the sidewalk of Broadway Street in the city from the intersection of Twelfth Street to the Fort Smith And Western Railroad right of way, any goods, wares, merchandise or other article or obstruction; except that local businesses may place their merchandise outside their building so long as such merchandise does not interfere with the public use of the sidewalk. This section shall not prohibit the loading or unloading of any goods, wares and merchandise into any building or premises and the use of the sidewalk thereof. (Ord. 418, 7-12-2010)
