9-103: PEDDLER'S LICENSE:
   A.   It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell or offer for sale any goods, wares or other merchandise on any of the streets, alleys or vacant lots in the city without having paid a license fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day for each person engaged in such sales or an annual fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each person engaged in such sales. Corporations or firms engaging more than two (2) such salespersons, but less than five (5) such persons may pay the fees above set forth or a sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) per day for all such salespersons engaged by them or an annual fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), whichever is less. All corporations or firms engaging more than five (5) such salespersons shall pay a daily fee of seventy five dollars ($75.00) or an annual fee of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
   B.   Any person, firm or corporation applying for a city sales tax permit shall first have obtained a state sales tax permit pursuant to the state sales tax code, 68 Oklahoma Statutes section 1350 et seq., and subsequent enactments. A copy of the sales tax permit shall be provided to the city clerk with the application for the city permit.
   C.   Any person exempt from the requirements of the state sales tax code shall not be required to obtain a city sales tax permit under this section. (Ord. 262, 5-10-1982; amd. Ord. 282, 7-14-1986)
