8-703: POSTING:

A. The City of Prague shall be responsible for posting a sign or decal, at least four inches by two inches in size, at each entrance of City owned/operated property indicating the property is tobacco-free.

B. The posting of signs or decals is the responsibility of the Manager and/or Supervisor of the City owned/operated facility. (Ord. 459, 11-9-2015, eff. 11-9-2015)
