A. After discovery of a nuisance on any real property, notice may be given to the owner of such property directing the abatement of the nuisance within seven (7) days if the city desires to perfect a lien for any expenses incurred in abating the nuisance.
B. In the event that the nuisance is based upon a determination of objectionable or unsightly matter on the property, the owner, occupant or person in charge of the property shall be given seven (7) days in which to abate the nuisance. (Ord. 443, 10-14-2013)
