A person commits an offense if he permits, suffers, or allows sewage to be exposed to the atmosphere on any lot or lots, grounds or yards or any other place in the city so that it is or is likely to be:
A. A source of flies and fly breeding;
B. A source of noxious or offensive odors and conditions inimical to the public interest, dangerous or prejudicial to health; or
C. A source of mosquitoes and mosquito breeding. (Ord. 443, 10-14-2013)
