2-202: TIME OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL:

The council of the city shall hold a regular meeting at six thirty o'clock (6:30) P.M. on the second Monday of every month. If such a Monday falls on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held at that same time on the next day which is not a holiday or Sunday. (Ord. 422, 6-13-2011)
