(a) Whoever violates any provision of this Housing Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Every day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Whoever or fails, neglects or refuses to comply with any written notice or written order issued by the Housing Inspector or Building Official as described in Section 1345.03, or whoever refuses to permit entry by the Housing Inspector or other City Officials or their representatives at a reasonable hour, or whoever interferes with, obstructs or hinders the Housing Inspector or their authorized representatives while attempting to make inspections, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
