1341.19 HABITABLE FLOOR AREA or HABITABLE ROOM.

"Habitable Floor Area" (or "Habitable Room") means the floor area or space in a building designated for living, sleeping, eating or cooking. Bathrooms, toilet rooms, closets, halls, storage and utility spaces are not considered habitable floor areas.
