131.02 CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO LEASE-RENTAL AGREEMENTS FOR CITY- OWNED FACILITIES.

The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into all lease-rental agreements, on facilities owned or leased by the City with the exception of City-owned recreational properties under the authority of the Service Director as stated in Chapter 947, on a cash only basis, for rental amount determined by Council.
