The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish such ordinances and resolutions of Council which are required by law to be published, by publication once in a newspaper printed and of general circulation in the City. However, in the event any such ordinance or resolution provides for publication of the same by posting, then such ordinance shall be published and posted as provided for in Section 123.02.
