945.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Sections 945.03(b), (c), (e), (h), (i), (k), (l), (n), or (p) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)   Whoever violates Sections 945.03(f), (g) or (j) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. (Ord. 2019-74. Passed 11-25-19.)
