(A) The revenues collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be as allocated by this section as set forth in the provisions of the Charter of the City of Portsmouth as follows:
1. One-half of one percent (0.5%) pursuant to Ordinance #1970-100 for General Municipal Operations 30% of 0.5%; Municipal Employees Compensation 30% of 0.5%; Capital Improvements 30% of 0.5%; and Street Lighting 10% of 0.5%;
2. One-half of one percent (0.5%) pursuant to Ordinance #1976-110 for General Municipal Operations 30% of 0.5%; Municipal Employees Compensation 40% of 0.5%; and Capital Improvements 30% of 0.5%;
3. Four-tenths of one percent (0.4%) pursuant to Ordinance #1987-84 for Police and Fire Compensation 100% of 0.4%;
4. Six-tenths of one percent (0.6%) pursuant to Ordinance #2011-61 for Police and Fire Operations 100% of 0.6%;
5. One-half of one percent (0.5%) pursuant to Ordinance #2015-47 for General Municipal Operations 100% of 0.5%.
