(a) No person shall violate any of the provisions of this Code nor participate in the violation of its provisions.
(b) Whoever violates Section 1377.11 of this Code upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
(c) Whoever violates Sections 1373.10, 1377.01, 1377.05, 1377.06, 1377.07, 1377.08, 1377.09 and 1377.13 shall be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment of not more than ninety days or both, for the first offense, and for each subsequent offense shall be punished by a fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000) and imprisonment of ninety days.
(d) Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense and shall be subject to the penalties set forth in this section.
