1373.13 INJUNCTIVE PROCEEDINGS.

Whenever any person has been found by the Board to have repeatedly violated provisions of this chapter, the City Solicitor is authorized and directed, upon written request of the Board, to commence appropriate civil legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction in the name of the City to enjoin and restrain further continuance of such violation.
