1308.02 APPLICABILITY.

This chapter is applicable to all lots and lands within the City, with certain restrictions for the regulated area of the Downtown Business District, defined as all lots and lands bounding upon and abutting upon the north side of Second Street to the south side of Ninth Street to the east side of Washington Street to the west side of Waller Street.
