(a) The permit fee for wrecking shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for residential properties containing 1-, 2-, 3-Family Dwellings and/or accessory buildings over two hundred square feet (200 Sq. FT). The permit fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for non-residential properties containing Ohio Building Code regulated structures. Before the bond as required in Section 1305.01 can be released, the lot shall be cleaned to the satisfaction of the Building Officer.

(c) If, for any reason, a reinspection is necessary, then an additional fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged.
