927.05 GRACE PERIOD; REMEDY FOR NONPAYMENT.

All charges of sewer and sewage disposal service shall become due and payable as provided in Chapter 933. If not paid as provided in Chapter 933 such delinquent charges may be certified to the County Auditor to be collected in the same manner as other City taxes under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 729.49.
