927.03 RATES; CITY'S RIGHTS RESERVED.

The City reserves the right to increase the sewer rates at any time should the revenues of the system prove insufficient to pay the operating and maintenance expenses and the debt charges provided by the ordinance authorizing the issuance of the sewer revenue bonds.
