The application for a license required by Section 753.02, or renewal thereof, shall be filed with the Building Officer and shall be accompanied by a fee as follows:
(a) Fifty dollars ($50.00) for one to five units;
(b) Ten dollars ($10.00) for each additional unit after five.
If the application for a license is accepted and the license granted as provided by this chapter, the amount of the fee shall be retained by the City as the annual license fee.
For licenses granted between January 1 and July 1 of each year, the full annual fee shall be paid. For all licenses granted from July 1 to January 1, one-half of the annual fee shall be paid.
