(A) The schedule of permit fees for an amusement redemption machine or device establishment or amusement redemption machine or device premises is $500 per machine on premises.
(B) In addition to the fees required by this section, an applicant shall, at the time of making application, pay a non-refundable application fee of $500 for the city to conduct an inspection of the proposed premises together with the surrounding area to ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety codes and ordinances and to ensure compliance with the locational restrictions set forth in § 120.03.
