§ 120.03 LOCATION OF AMUSEMENT REDEMPTION MACHINE OR DEVICE ESTABLISHMENTS.

A person commits an offense if he operates or causes to be operated an amusement redemption machine or device establishment or amusement redemption machine or device premises within 300 feet of a municipal, county or other governmental building, church, school, or hospital.
