§ 157.044 WINDOW SIGNS.
   (A)   Window signs. Signs on or inside the windows of a commercial establishment are permitted.
   (B)   Banners. Fabric type banners may be used. The banners count as freestanding or wall signs depending on the method of attachment. In no case may the adding of a banner, whether temporary or permanent, exceed the total square footage allowed. The banners shall not be placed on any public right-of-way.
