§ 157.041 NO TRESPASSING SIGNS.
   (A)   The signs may have a maximum area of eight square feet.
   (B)   The signs shall not be placed in any right-of-way, and it shall not be placed as to create a traffic hazard.
   (C)   The signs upon a parcel of land shall not be located closer than 50 feet apart.
   (D)   No permit shall be required for the sign.
