(A) There shall be a limit of one sign on each lot or parcel of land, except when it is a corner lot, in which case two signs may be used, one sign per street front.
(B) The sign may be double-faced and may be illuminated.
(C) The signs shall be allowed as follows:
(1) Parcels containing five acres or more are allowed a sign not to exceed 48 square feet;
(2) Parcels containing less than five acres but more than one acre area allowed a sign not to exceed 32 square feet; and
(3) Parcels containing one acre or less are allowed a sign not to exceed six square feet.
(D) The signs used shall be removed within 30 days after the use they advertise is fulfilled, and the Building Inspector shall have authority to make the determination of completion of use.
(E) The signs may be no higher than 15 feet.
