§ 157.038 SUBDIVISION SIGNS.
   (A)   Two signs not exceeding 96 square feet of area per sign are allowed.
   (B)   The signs used shall be erected not less than 200 feet apart except that the signs may be back-to-back or V-shaped in the case of a corner lot.
   (C)   The signs may be illuminated
   (D)   The signs shall be no higher than 15 feet.
   (E)   The signs must be placed on the property being subdivided or developed.
   (F)   The signs shall not extend into the public right-of-way.
