§ 157.037 DIRECTIONAL SIGNS.
   (A)   Open house-model homes.
      (1)   The signs may have a maximum area of eight square feet.
      (2)   The signs may be double-faced and shall not be illuminated.
      (3)   The signs shall not be placed in any right-of-way.
      (4)   There shall be a maximum of three signs for each home or group of homes in a subdivision.
      (5)   No sign shall be so placed as to create a traffic hazard.
   (B)   Subdivision, condominium or townhouse.
      (1)   The area of each sign shall be no more than 32 square feet.
      (2)   There may be a maximum of two signs used per subdivision.
      (3)   No part of any signs used shall be more than 15 feet in height nor shall any sign project into the public right-of-way.
      (4)   The signs used shall be removed within ten days after the use they advertise is fulfilled, and the Building Inspector shall have the authority to make the determination of completion of use.
