§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Curfew. A person who violates § 131.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $200 for the first offense. Conviction of a second offense shall be punished by a fine of not less than $200 nor exceeding $500. Conviction of a third or subsequent offense shall be punished by a fine of not less than $500 nor exceeding $2,000.
   (B)   Property damage caused by children. A parent violating §§ 131.20 and 131.21 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, which shall be punishable by fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500.
