§ 131.05 DEFENSES.
   It shall be a defense to a violation of § 131.02 of this subchapter that the minor was:
   (A)   Returning home, by a direct route, from work, from a school activity, an activity of a religious nature or any other lawful activity conducted by adults in a responsible manner;
   (B)   Engaged in nighttime activities sponsored by a school or other educational entity; or
   (C)   Engaged in interstate vehicle travel, with parental consent, beginning or ending in the city. This defense does not apply to vehicular travel merely in or about the city.
