(A) It shall be unlawful for any unaccompanied minor to remain upon any street or public place within the city between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday and 12:00 a.m. through 6:00 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and any day preceding a school holiday.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any unaccompanied minor to be traveling in a vehicle operated by another minor upon any street or public place within the city between the hours of 11:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday and 12:00 a.m. through 6:00 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and any day preceding a school holiday.
(C) This section shall have effect for a period of five years from the date of adoption, whereupon it shall automatically expire unless renewed by the adoption of an ordinance providing for its renewal by the City Commission.
