§ 119.08 NO APPLIANCE TO BE INSTALLED UNLESS TYPE APPROVED.
   No gas appliance, fixtures or apparatus, either for heating, illumination or water heating may be installed until the type of the appliance, apparatus or fixture has been approved by the City Plumbing Inspector or his or her assistant.
