§ 119.07 RESPONSIBILITY OF PLUMBERS IN CHARGE.
   The plumber in charge of any work shall be held responsible for the condition and completion of the work according to the ordinance and regulations governing plumbing and gas piping in the city and shall be liable upon his or her bond for defects therein and damages resulting therefrom.
