§ 119.04 NO PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS.
   No permit shall be necessary in the making of repairs, stopping leaks in pipes, replacing or repairing broken fixtures, provided the repairs are not so extensive as to change the character of the plumbing or its connections, in which case a permit shall be necessary.
