§ 103.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who shall violate any one or more of the provisions of §§ 103.03, 103.04, 103.05 or 103.13 of this chapter shall upon conviction of each violation thereof be punished for each violation by a fine of not more than $200.

   (B)   Any person who wilfully and unlawfully fails or neglects to attend and testify or to answer any lawful inquiry or to produce records, documents or other evidence, if in his or her power to do so, in obedience to the subpoena of the Commission shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than $200.
