§ 103.03 SALE OR RENTAL OF HOUSING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to refuse to:
      (1)   Sell or rent after the making of a bona fide offer, or to refuse to negotiate for the sale or the rental of, or otherwise make unavailable or deny, a dwelling to any person because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, physical or mental handicap, status as a student, marital status parenthood, sexual orientation or age;
      (2)   Discriminate against any person in the terms, conditions or privileges of sale or rental of a dwelling or in the provision of services or facilities in connection therewith, because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, physical or mental handicap, status as a student, marital status, parenthood, sexual orientation or age;
      (3)   Make, print or publish, or cause to be made, printed or published any notice, statement or advertisement, with respect to the sale or rental of dwelling that indicates any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, physical or mental handicap, status as a student, marital status, parenthood, sexual orientation or age, or an intention to make any preference, limitation or discrimination;
      (4)   Represent to any person because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, physical or mental handicap, status as a student, marital status, parenthood, sexual orientation or age, that any dwelling is not available for inspection, sale or rental when the dwelling is in fact so available; or
      (5)   Profit, or with the hope or expectation of profit, to induce or attempt to induce any person to sell or rent any dwelling by representations regarding the entry or prospective entry into the neighborhood of a person or persons of a particular race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, physical or mental handicap, status as a student, marital status, parenthood, sexual orientation or age.
   (B)   Provided, however, nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit or make unlawful any legitimate exercise of business judgment or any valid exercise of freedom of contract not based upon considerations of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, physical or mental handicap, status as a student, marital status, parenthood, sexual orientation or age.
