(A) No person may attempt to take any fish, shrimp, green turtle, loggerhead or terrapin by the use of a seine, drag, fike, setnet, trammelnet, trap, dam or weir from the navigable waterways known as "the Fingers" within the city limits.
(B) The area designated as "the Fingers" is shown by the highlighted portion of Exhibit A, attached to Ordinance 262A hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, a copy of which is available in the office of the City Secretary.
(C) The Planning Department of the city shall set out and maintain buoys, stakes and other markers showing the limits within which division (A) above of this section applies.
