(A) Any person violating any of the terms of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined in any sum not less than $1 nor more than $200.
(B) A person who violates § 102.08(A) is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is punishable by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $200.
