§ 102.01 PROHIBITION.

It shall be unlawful for the master, owner, operator or agent of any boat, vessel or other watercraft within the harbor limits of the city or using the navigable waters lying within the territorial limits of the city, or for any other person to do any of the acts prohibited by this chapter.
