§ 99.07 AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE.
   The Chief of Police or Code Enforcement Officer may enter upon private property, at any reasonable time, for the purposes specified in this subchapter to examine vehicles, watercrafts, outboard motors or parts thereof, obtain information as to the identity of property and to remove or cause the removal of a vehicle or parts thereof declared to be a nuisance pursuant to this subchapter. The Chief of Police shall have authority to issue all orders necessary to enforce the subchapter.
