(A) Any existing building not conforming with the requirements of this subchapter within any of the fire zone limits, which may hereafter be damaged by fire, decay or in any other manner, amounting to more than 50% of its value exclusive of the foundation, shall not be repaired or rebuilt, but shall be removed.
(B) Extensions, remodeling or additions to existing buildings shall not be considered repairs, and shall not be permitted except when conforming with § 96.37.
