§ 94.04 DUTY TO MAINTAIN LAWNS AND PREMISES.
   The owner and occupant of a premises shall be responsible for the regular mowing and maintenance of premises and lawns, including regular cleaning of the curb and gutter, in order to prevent the unlawful property conditions set forth in § 94.03.
