§ 93.13 TRANSFER OF GRAVESITE OWNERSHIP.
   The transfer of ownership of a gravesite shall not be recognized by the city unless the transfer of ownership has been recorded in the office of the City Finance Department. Upon surrender of a certificate of conveyance and payment of the appropriate fees, the city shall record the transfer of ownership and reissue a certificate to the new owner of the gravesite. In the event of transfer by operation of law, such as inheritance, the city, after being presented with sufficient proof of ownership and payment of the fee for recording the transfer of ownership, shall record the transfer and, if requested by the new owner, reissue a new certificate.
