§ 93.99 PENALTY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally, knowingly, recklessly or negligently violate the provisions of this chapter. Any person who so violates a provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, fined in an amount not to exceed $2,000 per violation.
