§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   A person who commits a criminal offense under this chapter will be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction will be punished by a fine in an amount not to exceed $500 and not less than $50 per offense. Each calendar day, or part of a day, in which a violation occurs will constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   A violation of §§ 72.06 and 72.07 shall be a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
