§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Sewers. Any user of sewer service violating or permitting others from their attachments of any of the city sewer connections to violate any of the foregoing rules and regulations, or any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 52.01 through 52.12 governing connection or use of sewer, shall, upon conviction, be punished by fine of not more than $100 the first offense: and of not less than $50 nor more than $200 for every subsequent offense; and, in addition thereto, in case of a first or subsequent offense, the City Secretary may require the sewer to be cut off from the premises of the offending person until the person shall give the City Secretary sufficient security against further violation of the rules and regulations and the provisions of §§ 52.01 through 52.12, and in case of persistent violation the City Secretary may forbid any further service to the party so offending.
   (B)   Privies. Any person, firm or corporation who violates, refuses, or fails to comply with any of the provisions of § 52.13 in the corporate limits of the city shall be punished by fine not exceeding $100.
