§ 52.12 FURNISHING SERVICE TO OTHER HOUSES.
   It shall be unlawful for any user of sewer service to furnish sewer service to other houses or families, or suffer or permit other houses or families to take or use it, except upon written application of this intention and paying the minimum rate on each family or house so served.
