§ 52.08 UNLAWFUL TO INTERFERE WITH PIPES OR APPLIANCE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, excepting the employees of the city to in any manner interfere with the pipes or appliances of the sewer system of the city, unless a written permit shall have been first obtained from the City Secretary.
